LONGFELLOW LLC SMS Terms and Conditions
These terms govern recurring low-volume SMS messages sent by LONGFELLOW LLC through the Krossbound Mortgage messaging program.

1. Program description
The Krossbound Mortgage SMS program provides two-way customer support and operational mortgage-workflow communications. Messages may include support replies, appointment reminders, document-request notifications, and transaction or workflow status updates. The HAL 9000 test program is limited to internal test users and invited demonstration participants.
This program does not send purchased-list messages, cold outreach, lead-generation messages, or third-party marketing promotions.
2. Opting in
An invited recipient initially opts in by texting START to (725) 712-9774 from the mobile number the recipient wants to enroll. UNSTOP is used only by a recipient who previously opted out and wants to re-enroll. By sending the applicable keyword, the recipient requests and agrees to receive recurring Krossbound Mortgage SMS messages at that mobile number.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, financial product, or service. The person opting in must be the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number or have authority to provide consent for it.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on recipient interactions and relevant account or mortgage-workflow activity. Message and data rates may apply. LONGFELLOW LLC and Krossbound do not charge a separate program fee.
4. Opting out
Recipients may cancel at any time by replying STOP to a Krossbound Mortgage message. A final confirmation may be sent, after which no further program messages will be sent unless the recipient provides new consent by texting START or UNSTOP.
5. Help and support
For help, reply HELP to a Krossbound Mortgage message or email info@unlatchus.com. Do not send sensitive mortgage documents or authentication information by SMS or email.
6. Delivery and carrier availability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier availability, network conditions, compatible devices, and factors outside the control of Krossbound Mortgage and Krossbound.
7. Acceptable use
Recipients must not transmit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or security-testing content. Krossbound Mortgage or Krossbound may suspend messaging access to protect recipients, customers, carriers, or the platform and comply with applicable requirements.
8. Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that enable and support delivery of the messaging program.
9. Changes and contact
LONGFELLOW LLC may update these SMS Terms to reflect changes in the program, carrier requirements, or applicable law. Questions may be sent to info@unlatchus.com.
