1. Scope and operator

LONGFELLOW LLC, operating as Krossbound Mortgage, uses Krossbound to manage client relationships, transactions, documents, communications, and related mortgage workflows. This policy applies to Krossbound Mortgage services and the Krossbound Mortgage SMS program.

Krossbound provides technology and communications services to the organization. Questions about borrower or client information should be directed to the organization with which the individual has a relationship.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how the services are used, we may collect:

• Contact and account information, such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers, organization details, and account credentials.
• Mortgage workflow information entered by authorized users, including client, contact, transaction, task, milestone, note, and document information.
• Communication information, including SMS messages, call activity, voicemail, delivery status, opt-in and opt-out status, and the date and method by which messaging consent was recorded.
• Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser and device information, session activity, authentication events, and diagnostic logs.

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate, secure, support, and improve the organization’s Krossbound services.
• Deliver requested communications and maintain communication history for the appropriate contact and transaction.
• Authenticate users, enforce permissions, prevent abuse, and investigate security or service incidents.
• Maintain records, troubleshoot failures, and satisfy legal or regulatory obligations.

4. Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that enable and support delivery of the messaging program. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for Krossbound Mortgage and may not use it for their own marketing.

The Krossbound Mortgage SMS program sends low-volume customer-care and operational messages only after the recipient opts in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

5. When information may be disclosed

Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary:

• To vendors that provide hosting, security, communications delivery, storage, analytics, customer support, and other services on behalf of Krossbound Mortgage under appropriate restrictions.
• To authorized users and providers responsible for the applicable client, transaction, user, or communication record.
• To comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, or investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy requirements.

The mobile-information and SMS-consent limitations in Section 4 continue to apply and are not overridden by this section.

6. Security and retention

Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information, including access controls, secure sessions, encryption where appropriate, tenant data isolation, logging, and controlled provider access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain required records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, compliance, security, and audit obligations.

7. Privacy choices

Recipients may opt out of the Krossbound Mortgage SMS program at any time by replying STOP. For messaging assistance, reply HELP.

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. Requests relating to borrower or client records should first be directed to Krossbound Mortgage.

8. Children’s privacy

The services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. Personal information is not knowingly collected directly from children under 13 through public enrollment or messaging flows.

9. Changes to this policy

LONGFELLOW LLC may update this policy to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or data practices. The effective date shown on this page identifies the latest version.
